Recipe: Chef's Salad

20130112-071610.jpg Well, It's been a little while since I've done a recipe post! To go along with today's Healthy Habit's post, I'm giving you a healthy but very filling salad recipe!

So get your knife out and get ready to chop!


Chef's Salad:

(Serves 2-3 Adults)


1 head of Romaine Lettuce 1 cup cubed ham (cold) 2 cold hard boiled eggs 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 diced tomato Ranch Dressing

Other Possible Add-Ons:

Sunflower Seeds Sliced Olives Ummm...anything else you feel like


1. Wash and chop your Romaine lettuce and separate into 2 or 3 bowls 2. Cube the ham and tomato 3. Slice the hard boiled egg 4. Layer all the ingredients on the lettuce and top with Ranch Dressing. 5. Enjoy!!!

{Note: My hubby did not like the combination of eggs and salad! So if I make this again, I'll give him his hard boiled egg on the side, but no worries, the salad still tastes fabulous without them.}
